I recently discovered Nom Nom Asian Grill, a hidden gem for Vietnamese cuisine! The fresh ingredients and variety are reminiscent of Chipotle but with a delightful Asian twist. I loved the spring rolls - the veggies were crispy and vibrant.

Although I enjoyed the chicken and steak, the broth I ordered was a bit underwhelming for $4 - just a few sips left me wanting more. Despite this, the banh mi had a perfectly crispy bread and lots of fresh toppings!

Sadly, I learned they are permanently closed... I just hope this concept finds a new home soon! 🌟
