Nishi Moncho Ramen is a hidden gem in Manoa Marketplace! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it perfect for solo dining or grabbing a bite with friends. I tried the chicken katsu curry, and wow, the portion size was generous enough for multiple meals!

Their mapo tofu yakisoba is a delight - hard to find elsewhere, and simply delicious. Plus, the staff remembers regulars and their orders, which adds a personal touch. Clean and comfortable, it's a great spot for a satisfying lunch or dinner! I'll definitely be coming back... 🍜✨
