Nile Ethiopian Restaurant is a treasure tucked away in Aurora! 🥘 I finally indulged in their famous Lamb Derek Tibs and Spicy Awasi, and it was heavenly - the flavors were rich and authentic. The Injera was the best I've tasted, too.

However, they were out of several menu items, which was disappointing, and it took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Nevertheless, I appreciate the commitment to freshness. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made waiting worthwhile, and the servers are incredibly kind and helpful. If you're curious about Ethiopian cuisine, this is your sign to give it a try! 🌟
