Paid about 6 dollars for overcooked pasta.The pasta was stringy, melty, gooey, and overdone with the sauce base.The taste was foul and extremely off.I gagged after taste testing it.I had this same dish awhile back when I first came here and it was never like this.At that time, I gave them good review, but the last two experiences were not good and today sealed the deal so I am changing my rating.This is the first time I ever gagged tasting something from a fast food place.This place used to be decent but went downhill quickly.There is a reason this place is nowadays often "dead" and when places are discussed to eat at among friends, Newks is never brought up as a viable option.I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for this.Completely unacceptable and I won't be back after this experience.Happened at 3:20pm on 3/17/24.

We have eaten here twice, the food for the most part is ok to good, some sandwiches look better than others. Here's one of few issues. Training.Seems like the cashiers got very little training as they struggle to get orders in the system or get them wrong (both visits). To be a brand new restaurant in town, they need to have more than ONE cashier at lunch time on a Sunday, Also, to be a new restaurant, they have many things (soda fountain) already out-of-order. I hope they work all this kinks soon as the food is not bad, but the service could be better.

We walked in and there wasn’t but 2 other customers eating.We order and wait for 20 minutes before the food comes.In that time I watched an employee pick up food off the floor and throw it away, he then proceeded to make a salad for a drive through order with the same gloves.We finally got our food and the steak on my sandwich was raw and cold.Not only are they expensive but the experience is about that of a hole in the wall McDonald’s.No smiles, all while making nasty food wish I could give it 0 stars.
