New Diamond Forest offers a casual dining experience perfect for a quick meal. I recently tried their Beef and Broccoli, and it did not disappoint - tender beef with just the right amount of savory sauce. The Roast Pork Fried Rice was decent, though I wish it was a bit more flavorful.

The atmosphere is laid-back, which makes it suitable for solo dining or a relaxed lunch. It’s a solid option for takeout if you're in the area, though I hoped for a side of fortune cookies this time... 😅
