New Day Cafe is a hidden gem in Henderson! 🌟 We’ve been fans for over two years, and it never disappoints. The nostalgic diner vibe immediately brings warmth, and the friendly staff - shoutout to Mario - make you feel right at home.

I always go for the high-protein omelette, which is both delicious and a great deal. The corned beef hash had lovely flavor, though it could be a bit firmer in texture. The casual atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing brunch with family! Can't wait to return for more! ☕🥞
