Nassau Sushi offers a cozy atmosphere right at the heart of Princeton University. The sushi rolls were fresh, but a bit pricey compared to other local options. I especially enjoyed their vegetarian selections, which were nicely presented and flavorful.

The great tea selection was a pleasant surprise! However, the service had its hiccups, with some confusion over the bill that took a while to sort out. Despite that, the casual vibe makes it a nice spot for lunch after class... 🍣
