Musashi Japanese Steakhouse offers a delightful dining experience in Gainesville. The Hibachi is a standout, with chefs who not only prepare meals right in front of you but also entertain with flair. On my recent visit, I enjoyed the scallop and steak combo, which was perfectly cooked. The sushi, including the dragon roll, was fresh and beautifully presented.

Though service can get a bit busy during peak hours, the staff remains attentive. I recommend arriving early to avoid a wait. Looking forward to returning! 🍣
