I recently discovered Mooshie, an inviting Vietnamese food truck that truly brings the flavors of the street to Garland! 🌟

I tried the Bot Chien and Bap Xao - while the Bot Chien was authentic and delicious, the Bap Xao didn’t quite match the ones I remember from Vietnam, but it was still enjoyable. Their Grilled Razor Clams were perfectly cooked, with a delightful garlic sauce that stole the show.

Despite slightly higher prices for smaller portions, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly service made my visit worthwhile. Can’t wait to go back and explore more of their mouthwatering options! 🌮✨
