Stumbled upon Mom's Creation Vegan Restaurant for a casual dinner, and it was a delightful surprise! The vegan duck was absolutely phenomenal – rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The large menu made it tough to choose, but I loved the vibrant Red Thai curry as well.
