I waited a few minutes to be sat at a table and when I was I felt like I had 4 different servers.First one that came spilled water all over my table.Second one brought me a wine list for bottle only when I asked for options by the glass.I just wanted a simple glass of Cabernet. Then a third person brought me a glass of red wine (don’t know which one because I never ordered it) and when I tried it, it tasted like it’s been open for two days. When I finally get to order my food with one of the servers, I order a 14 ounce churrasco and ask for it medium rare.I repeated myself three times how I wanted it cooked because of everything that’s happened so far.Literally in under a minute my meal was at my table. My thought was either they had one back there ready to go and they were trying to make me happy with fast service, or the meat was raw. Of course it was the second one.It came out so fast because they threw that meat on the grill for one second and put it in front of me.It wasn’t edible.Couldn’t even cut it.I was so disappointed I just got up and left.If I had time I would have sat with the manger to express my concerns but I came here for my lunch break. It’s just crazy because I’ve been here once before and I enjoyed my service and meal. For some reason today just wasn’t their day.I’m not sure but after that I’m never coming back.
Great food and service at a decent value, definitely going back.
