Mixture Restaurante in Madrid truly captures the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. The grilled octopus was a standout, perfectly charred and flavorful, while the Valencian paella was rich and satisfying without being overwhelming. The cozy, casual vibe made our meal feel relaxed and unwinding, perfect for families or gatherings.
