Miss Carter's Kitchen is a hidden gem! 🌊

Located on Edmondson Ave, the seafood offerings are truly delightful. I had the fried whiting, which was perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. The mac n' cheese stood out with its unique flavor - definitely a must-try. My friend's grilled salmon was phenomenal too, paired with moist cornbread.

🍰 The star of the show? The strawberry crunch cake! Make sure to order extras because one won't be enough.

However, the prices felt a bit high for the portion sizes, and some sides were unavailable during my visit.

Unfortunately, they are temporarily closed now, but I can't wait for them to reopen
