Mintleaf offers a delightful culinary adventure in the heart of Edinburgh! The atmosphere strikes a lovely balance between casual and romantic, perfect for any night out. I highly recommend the vegetable pakoras - they were crispy and bursting with flavor! For mains, the Sag Gust achieved tender perfection with its lamb and spinach combination. While the Thai options were a bit hit or miss, the Indian dishes certainly stood out. The service was warm and welcoming overall, making the evening truly enjoyable.
