Ming Moon is a casual spot for a quick Chinese bite, situated conveniently on W 117th St. I ordered the beef fried rice, which had a nice flavor but was a bit on the dry side. The spare ribs were a surprise, arriving as chopped pieces instead of bone-in as I requested.
