Mina's Cafe is a hidden gem in Salem! 🌟

I had the cashew chicken, which was incredibly flavorful and generously portioned. We also shared the crunchy egg rolls - hands down the best I’ve ever had! My husband ordered the “crazy something” and loved spicing it up with Mina’s hot sauce.

The service was outstanding, with Jen making sure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our meal. Prices are reasonable for the quality and amount of food.

I can't wait to return and try more dishes, especially that peanut sauce... Highly recommend! 🍽️
