Miller's Ale House

Absolutely delicious! This location was such a pleasure to dine at.
Had a new waiter and a woman training him and they were both perfect.
The food was amazing as well! I typically always get zingers but the burger was outstanding.
The potstickers was awesome too!

Tried to order on app.
There is no place to put a custom request of extra celery.
Yet there is a $1.68 service fee on the app.
Called the store # and pressed 2 to place the order.
The person answering misidentified the name of the restaurant, laughed and corrected.
I couldn't really understand, so I asked if St.Lucie West Ale House Yes.
Placed order.
Special request was extra celery.
The person tells me he has no place to put this request.
I tell the person I tried to place an order on the app with the same issue.
I ask if this is a call center.
Yup.
Just as I thought Millers has outsourced their phone orders to India or similar.
I say forget it.
I called the store and selected 0 to call the order in.
The person takes order.
I pick up the order and get it home.
The Zingers are bone dry.
No sauce.
Could barely taste any zing.
Our "cold" celery is sitting on top of the hot zingers.
Mothers Day at the same location is no better.
Fish basket mostly batter with scrappy white fish.
Husband's prime rib tough.
Overcooked.
The waiter had just discussed how Millers is great at getting the prime rib cooked properly.
We are done with Miller's.
That's what happens when a restaurant is bought out by venture capitalists or a group of lawyers or whomever.
Done with this place.
There are too many other options. The pic included was taken after some of the Zingers were removed.
There are no issues with the portion. We were long-time customers of Millers on Gatlin.
Even the last visit there with a neighbor for lunch the fish n chips was the same.
All batter and crappy pieces of white fish.
Time to move on.

This is one of the many times I’ve ordered from this location and I continued to “settle” with getting the wrong order almost every time.
Tonight I ordered zingers with mild garlic parm sauce.
When I picked it up I get dry zingers with ZERO sauce.
Staff needs to double check orders especially for carry outs.
Next time I will be opening my order in front of them or not ordering from this location at all.
