Excellent flavor and attention to detail.Food options were plenty but not overwhelming.Several vegetarian choices and a variety of dishes to accommodate all types of appetites.Allergens clearly laid out on the menu, similar to European standards.Service is very attentive and friendly.A huge bonus is the air conditioning.Completely changes the comfort level from what it was before. It’s clear Chef Carlos & Chef Amparo and family have put a lot of thought into this fresh, new, family run restaurant.His passion is evidently demonstrated in his well seasoned, flavorful, exciting dishes.Can’t wait to go back for more!
Excellent food, service & ambiance.Tonight enjoyed the truffle risotto & lobster + scallops dishes—couldn’t pick a favorite, both so tasty.Hope to come back for many more delicious meals!
A wonderful little restaurant tucked away on scenic 6A/Shore Road outside Provincetown.The staff is truly perfect.So welcoming and kind.From the friendly and thoughtful hostess, to the sweet and professional water service/busboy, to the helpful and efficient waitress - just the best service.The atmosphere is cozy, warm, lively and relaxing.The food is fantastic.Every flavor was uniquely lovely and every ingredient so fresh.Every dish was perfectly prepared and served beautifully.Such a truly delicious meal.No matter which starter, salads, entrees, desserts and drinks you choose - try the garlic knots! They're special, unexpected and so tasty.Thank you Millan Restaurant! We hope to be back for many meals to come.
