Pizza is decent, but they are clueless.
Four people in the kitchen one up front.
Phone calls are laid on the counter until they hang up.
Line is way too long and the one person at the counter keeps going in the back and puts pizzas in the oven despite four other people in the kitchen.
Waited in line 15 minutes to pick up my pizza.
Hadn’t even started making it after over an hour, said it would be 30 more minutes.
Still trying to get my money back a week later!

Ordered over $100 to only receive an email stating my card was issued a refund.
Not to mention this was 40 minutes later.
I called Milano only to be greeted by a woman with an attitude when asked why my ordered was canceled.
Her response was “we have no delivery drivers.” I then asked why couldn’t they call to ask if we wanted to pick up since I understand there was no driver her answer “because we didn’t.” Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service.
They should do better… management should do better with personnel especially being in our neighborhood where we the customers love to come in and support our small neighborhood businesses for so many years.

This place is homey and delicious.
It’s fair priced and did I mention delicious.
I got a pepperoni pizza and an order of three cannolis.
They don’t skimp on any of the toppings and the crust is the perfect mix of soft and crispy.
The service is great.
I cannot wait to go back.
