September 26, 2024Miguel's Mex Tex Cafe is a delightful find in Abilene! 🌮 The atmosphere is vibrant and truly gives off a fiesta vibe, making it perfect for celebrations. My family recently celebrated my mother's 90th here, and our waiter, Steven, was a rockstar, handling our large group with ease and efficiency.
We kicked off with a sampler that was a flavorful adventure, especially the incredible jalapeño bacon corn bites! I opted for the Chicken enchiladas, which were hot, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The guacamole was a standout as well - fresh and delicious!
While the fajitas could have used a bit more grill time, the overall experience was fantastic,
