Midori Sushi is a delightful find in Las Colinas Plaza! 🌟 I tried the shrimp tempura and spicy scallop rolls, and they did not disappoint - both were fresh and reasonably priced. The casual vibe is perfect for a laid-back lunch.

While I was hoping to enjoy their lunch buffet, it wasn't available during my visit. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, making it a wonderful spot to unwind.
