Michikusa Japanese Restaurant offers a delightful slice of authentic Japanese cuisine in Lexington! 🥢

During my recent visit, I enjoyed the Agedashi Tofu followed by the Mini Salmon-don with Soba - both were absolutely superb. Hiroshi Aoyagi, the owner and chef, truly knows his craft; the salmon sashimi is consistently fresh and beautifully prepared.

The cozy atmosphere is perfect for solo dining or a relaxed lunch with friends. Just a heads up, an 18% gratuity is automatically added, which I appreciate since math isn't my strong suit! Can't wait to return for more of their amazing offerings! 🍣
