Miches De La Baja is a hidden gem that I stumbled upon during my UCR days, and I can't recommend it enough!

The ambiance is casual yet trendy, perfect for a laid-back meal. Their quesabirria tacos are out of this world - rich in flavor and a must-try! I've also enjoyed the ceviche and fish tacos, both absolutely delicious.

While it can get a bit noisy during lunchtime, the fast service and friendly staff make up for it. They have options for everyone, including kids. Plus, dogs are welcome outside!

Definitely a staple for me! 🌮✨
