I recently visited Mi Veracruz food truck, and it was a delightful surprise! 🌟 The torta cubano was crispy and packed with flavor, while the tostadas de barbacoa were fresh, crunchy, and absolutely divine!

Señor Fidel was incredibly welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location may seem off the beaten path, but it’s worth the trip.

I can't wait to return for Taco Tuesday; the pollo and chorizo tacos have my name written all over them! If you’re a fan of Mexican comfort food, don’t miss this gem! 🌮😍
