If you’re in Stockton, Mi Ranchito Cafe is a must-visit for a cozy Mexican breakfast! 🌮 I had the chilaquiles with chorizo, and while the sauce was a bit on the watery side, the homemade tortillas were fresh and delicious. My friend’s cheese enchiladas with over-easy eggs looked divine!

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. Plus, David, the owner, went above and beyond when he offered me a ride to the train station after my meal. That kind of hospitality makes this place feel like home. Can’t wait to return! 🎉
