I stopped by Mexita Express and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the spicy chicken quesadilla and the beef enchilada, both bursting with flavor. The unique twist on the enchilada - sauce inside - made it feel like a cozy baked burrito!

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the quick service. While the seating is limited, takeout worked perfectly for us. Don’t skip the nachos, they’re a delightful bonus! Definitely a return visit is in order... 🌮
