I recently dined at Mesquite Chop House and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. We started with the lobster queso, which was rich and creamy, but I recommend ordering it warm. For the main course, I chose the 6oz center-cut filet with parmesan risotto and sautéed asparagus. The steak was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor! The ambiance is classy, making it perfect for a special night out. Just a heads-up - reserve ahead to avoid a wait. I'll be back for their Tuesday special! 🥩
