Meshack's Bar-B-Que is a hidden gem in Garland! 🥩 I arrived around 10:45 AM and the wait was about 30 minutes, but the excitement in the air made it worthwhile. I ordered the sliced brisket and those East Texas hot links that had my mouth watering. The brisket was perfectly smoked with that iconic flavor, while the links packed a spicy kick that left me craving more!

Be prepared for limited seating, but the casual atmosphere really added to the charm. Definitely worth the wait for some true Texas BBQ! 🌟.
