Mendozas Tacos is a hidden gem in Stockton! 🌮 The moment I stepped in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and a casual vibe. I couldn't get enough of their handmade tortillas - seriously, they are bomb! I ordered tacos and a quesadilla, and both were bursting with flavor.

The freshly made tortillas paired perfectly with the perfectly seasoned meat. It's a great spot for solo dining or groups, and I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible parking. Cash only means a little planning ahead, but it’s absolutely worth it! Can't wait to go back for more! 😍
