Absolutely rude.I received my Sunday and when I looked at it I had to take a picture.There was almost no hot fudge on it.So I took it back and asked to have more fudge, the manager screamed at the lady that was going to give me some more, saying, "that it only comes with one squirt." Black Lady with a bad attitude (not manager material).
I work close by and come here normally for breakfast.Occasional dinner too.I have to say every time I've ordered(online) and came to pick it up, the staff has been very friendly.One lady in particular is very upbeat and sounds like she enjoys her job, which is rare in fast food nowadays.The owner also doesn't charge for extra sauce which I find to be extremely conscious of their customers. I def recommend this McDonald's if you want your order right and friendly service.
So i went in - got my stuff to takeout, and first thing i hear is the smoke alarm going off with some profanities.No worries, Id be the same.But then there’s a lady with her child barreling up to the register as if she was a big bowling ball , chewing out the cashier because the order was “completely different” from theirs .from what i heard , i could gather they got a Big Mac and Happy meal , but instead just got fries and a coke.But whatever, I took my food and left.Fries were fresh and yummy.
