September 12, 2024I recently visited the McDonald's on Old Cheney Rd, and while my experiences here have usually been positive, this trip was a mixed bag.
The drive-through process was slightly confusing, as they didn't have the usual self-service for drinks, which led to some waste. My fries were hot and fresh, but my Big Mac didn't quite hit the spot this time - it was a bit cold in the middle.
On the bright side, the staff was friendly, especially one employee who went out of her way to help us. I appreciate their wheelchair accessibility and kid-friendly menu. I'll be back, hoping for a smoother experience next time! 🍟
