Substandard service here.I came here and ordered a big breakfast.Usually this comes with pancakes - they actually gave me 2 containers of hot syrup.However there were no pancakes with my meal.I went up to the counter and notified the staff, but they said I should have requested "Hotcakes" Big Breakfast, not a ordinary Big Breakfast.I paid the same price for the Hotcakes Big Breakfast, but the staff still refused me pancakes.They also gave me three spoons and no knife or fork.I left unimpressed by this sloppy and unfriendly service.
The food was decent.Service is horrible.Specifically this employee named Rosie.Has a terrible attitude and refused the sauces that came with an online mobile order because she stated I needed to pay for it even though it was a mobile order paid for online (sauces were listed on receipt).Her and another employee at the front window thought it was a funny situation as well.Very unprofessional and she didn’t look clean.Will never visit this location again.
Called,They want me to bring the food back,I am 15 miles away,So I have to put them in the cooler,Next week bring them back to get a replacement
