Ordered ahead on the app.We ordered two 20 piece spicy nuggets and 2 large fries with a drink.They hand us the drink. Employee asks us to pull forward (in order to pad their efficiency metrics, presumably).They do this every single time we visit, regardless of how simple our order is. After a delay, they come out with the wrong order.Employee leaves.They return and ask if we ordered a Fanta.We did not.Employee leaves yet again.Comes back, asks if we were a mobile order for Gabby.We were not.Employee leaves.We call and ask what the holdup is, they tell us the order is coming out right now.They serve 2+ more vehicles besides us.Finally, they come back and… drum roll… the order is wrong once more.Girlfriend goes inside to let them know it’s wrong.Employee comes out for the 4th time and the order is still wrong.Girlfriend goes back in.After 5 attempts, we get our order but the sauces are wrong.Close enough. Total wait time: 1 hour, 15 minutes. Sorry y’all, but I’m just over it.This can’t happen EVERY TIME I come here.🤷♂️
Saddest McDonald's I have ever been to.The roof was blue which was weird, and the service was slow.Inside decor was dark and depressing.They had 1 double sided self order kiosk, and instead of letting my group use it ourselves, they had employees using it for you, which slowed down service way too much, as those employees could have been managing the register.Also, for some reason there was no menu displayed over the registers as well, which meant the only way to see the menu was the kiosk.Food service once the order was placed was ok, not as fast as a normally McDonald's, but not way too long.I do not recommend this McDonald's.
2.1.2024.0915 Utilized drive thru I truly dislike the use of computers to initially address me, especially when followed up with THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHY have businesses given up on training employees in REAL GENUINE Customer Service? At this particular store, you have an employee named Angie.She most certainly would benefit from additional training. She took my 2 product order, I drove to the pay window where she was after waiting a few minutes because she never acknowledged my order, didn't tell me the amount or review my order, so I just drove ahead.She opened her window without acknowledging me.I stated she seemed annoyed with me, and she immediately shut her window without saying a word.Sooooo, I waited for my change and then asked for her first name.She refused.I said, "Fine, I will ask at the next window." This young lady should stay in the back, away from the public, until she receives the PROPER training.Your company is doing the public a grave disservice with her poor attitude and poor customer service. I can honestly say I will no longer give you my business.
