I had an upsetting incident today that made me want to write this review.
I was at another McDonalds but for some reason my app didn’t update my location and sent the order here, I had a promo I wanted to use but it wouldn’t let me due to the order.
So I checked my app to cancel the order but it just said to call the restaurant, so I called and it rang forever but then someone answered but immediately hung up on me.
I was angry but I called back and this time a Latina woman answered but kept lying saying she couldn’t cancel my order because they never got it.
I argued that my app and the email confirmation said otherwise but she just kept lying as she obviously just didn’t want to do her job or was unsure how to cancel a mobile order.
So I called the helpline but they were just as unhelpful, so I ended up leaving the McDonalds I was at without my food due to the fact I was unable to use my deal there….NOT HAPPY AT ALL 😡👎 And other times I’ve had bad service where they gave me the wrong orders and let homeless people just loiter in their dining room and they drink the soda’s from the juicers with their mouths..and the workers do nothing about it.

I bought a young lady a soda who's having some hardships....
she went in for a refill because the taste was off and they were rude to her made her leave I had to then go in and show that I bought it told her to throw away her cup then the Mgr walked away and the cashier tried to charge her for soda honestly doesn't McDonald's do enough sales to cover a beverage for a homeless person .

Jonathan at the drive-thru gave me hands down the best service i’ve had at a fast food restaurant, extremely friendly location and staff, and were willing to help me fix an order last minute, I highly recommend!
