When you work a drive thru the native language should be proficient by the one taking the order. It was not. And the one making the sandwiches was not aware of the ingredients within. All breakfast sandwiches get egg unless requested otherwise. Ours were without. This is not a complex request, as our receipt clearly states. This is akin to getting a burger with no beef. Clearly these people were untrained. At all.
I did a curbside pickup, and was impressed with how quickly it arrived.The person delivering the food was very friendly.There were no issues with the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, French Fries and Unsweetened Tea.
well they had about a month to make it right.I use to use the mobile app alot.I sent my son to pick up the counter order, like I had done all the time. They told him he couldn't pick it up inside, because it was a drive thru order.Then he waits in line to get the order. then they told him he had to be in possession of phone to get the order.I had just had a major surgery and shouldn't of been driving, but I went up there after calling to make sure my food hadn't been sitting this whole time. She assured me it hadn't. I go wait in the long line. They couldn't find my order, even though I showed it to them on my phone and the conformation email I had as well. I was assured I would not be charged, that it would fall off my account.After jumping through hoops with corporate, I am still out over $30!! Over it....
