I stood at the register for about 8 minutes and got ignored.
2 employees walked by and didn’t say anything.
Some saw me on register and didn’t even say anythingt to anybody about me waiting.
I put in an order online and they told me I had to wait another 8-10 minutes to reorder.
I shouldn’t have to wait 10 extra minutes on top of the 5-8 I already waited being ignored for some food I already ordered.
The customer service is trash and customer courtesy should be taught extra because they have none.
They weren’t even busy there was only 2 orders on the screen when I got there and barely any cars in the drive through.
Just terrible do better

Not once but 3 different times I had to go back in and have my drink corrected.
Just to be told that I'm wrong on the drink that I've purchased.
This place is crazy, you have workers dressing like hookers.
You have managers acting like they're freaking garbage.
And then like the customers, right? Yeah, right, we're wrong completely even though they take our money.
We're supposed to accept whatever that give us

I arrived in the drive thru at 10:30pm tonight and the workers told me that they could only take mobile orders.
They are supposed to be open until 12am and there was only one vehicle ahead of me.
I asked what the reason was that they were only taking mobile orders and the worker said there were only two people working and he could not take my order at the drive thru.
I requested to buy just apple pies and they denied me service.
I refuse to download an app just to buy fast food, it defeats the purpose of fast food.
If staffing is the true issue, this location needs to do better with hiring and scheduling otherwise they were simply making excuses to not do their jobs.
