December 06, 2024I recently popped into this McDonald's while out shopping in Guildford. The location is convenient, but the service was disappointing. I ordered a classic Big Mac meal and waited longer than expected, only to find my fries were lukewarm when I finally received them.
The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and less friendly than you'd hope for. I'd recommend checking your order before leaving, as mine wasn't entirely accurate. This spot might need some serious improvement if they want to compete with other dining options nearby... 🍔
