September 05, 2024I recently visited McDonald's on Charles Wy S in Fargo, and while the iconic cheeseburgers and golden fries are always a treat, my experience fell short this time.
During both visits, I faced long wait times - over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and inside after lunch. 😕 I was excited for the cheeseburger Happy Meal but ended up leaving empty-handed...
However, the staff's dedication was evident, especially an older lady who kept the place tidy and was always checking in on customers. Her warmth stood out amidst the cold automation of ordering kiosks. I hope they improve service soon! 🍔✨
