It was my first time encountering raw meat in my meal at this location. The shift manager kindly offered to replace the dish, but I declined and simply requested that the food be cooked properly in the future.I wondered if the meals served before mine were undercooked.The manager promptly processed a refund, which I accepted.Unfortunately, the kitchen's service left much to be desired, as it can significantly impact the overall dining experience.
Everything was great except the sandwich, I did not ask for extra pickles and it was COVERED.The Mayo was globbed like it was by a spoonfull, there was NO lettuce and onions that wernt asked for.I recommend being careful with sandwich products at this location
Wasn't ready for opening at 5.We ordered online and we had to go through the drive thru 2 times and wait at the window, had to waved her down to come to the window( which she had to unlock) and she told us that it will be awhile.We ordered at 5:09am and we finally got our order 5:40.Sandwiches were not warm
