Please do everyone a favor and just close this location down.
They can never get a single order right.
They take forever then they want to give you attitude when you tell them the order is wrong.
I’d understand if it’s every now and then, but it is legit every single time I go here. I’d encourage everyone to check your order before you pull away, and if it’s wrong, refuse to pull around.
I guarantee you, that’s where they will start caring.
They have quotas for how long customers should be at the window.

Came in and the restaurant was nearly empty.
I then went straight to a kiosk to order a single Oreo McFlurry.
As I waited, many other customers came in and placed orders as well.
After waiting for 15 minutes, nearly all the other customers had gotten their order but a couple of people including me had not received their food yet.
We asked the cashier and told her our order numbers were being displayed on the screen above.
The cashier dismissed us and walked away without giving us a proper answer. After waiting for 10 more minutes thinking the cashier would bring our orders, we asked again.
This time we told them that we had been waiting for 25 minutes in total and had not received our orders and told them the order numbers.
They checked and said that they don't have it on their screen and already made it and said the number.
We had been standing next to the counter the entire time and our orders were never called or made.
After this the cashier went back and got our orders but when I received my Oreo McFlurry, it was completely unmixed. I was expecting to be able to receive my food in a timely manner and properly made but instead was faced with horrible and rude service along with an order that was not even properly made.
If 30 minutes are taken to make an order it should be properly made.
Very disappointed.

I places a mobile order for pick up and for some ridiculous reason it sent it to this location.
This is no where near me.
I tried calling this location to cancel the order because apparently that is the only way to cancel a pick up order for mcdonalds.
They either won't pick up their phone or are incapable of doing so. I strongly recommend anyone using the mobile app and do pick ups that you disable location permissions and just set your local restaurant.
