They get my order wrong every single time I go there.
It's across the street from me so I go there pretty often if I don't feel like cooking and I'm finally tired of it.
And then certain employees are rude when I try to nicely mention that they missed something.
YOU made the mistake, why are you being rude to ME? I'm either missing a sandwich, or missing a shake, or they give me ice in my drink or it's not a diet coke it's a regular coke and most often it's all of these at once.
I always make the same order so you'd think it would be easy to remember but I guess when you ALWAYS get it wrong, it's easy to remember how to get it wrong.

My friend was given a burrito that was not fresh, it stuck to the paper.

My coffee was ready, and I asked the young woman worker to give it to me, but she began to serve another customer.
I asked again, she gave it to me with great indignation and irritation
