McDonald's

If i would of i will not be putting a Star they should have a negative star.
I order through my mobile app, once I got there through the drive thru I had to park in the curbside to wait for my Deluxe Spicy Mccrispy.
Finally when I got home my husband open the Mccrispy and notice 3 slices of the ends of the tomatoes.
We had to go back to the store to let them know about the tomatoes.
The guy in the night time in front counter inside McDonald's instead of saying sorry we are close he started saying you can't be here, my husband told him about the tomatoes on the hamburger he said the deluxe comes with tomatoes yea but not with the ends slices of the tomatoes.

I first went to McDonald’s at 10 pm and the night shift never give me the receipt and i had paid for 4 cookies which I never got.
Then i told them about it and they never answered.
So i went 3 days (yesterday ) later to order again and store manager Fatima was being so rude and telling me its not their fault that i wasn't given the receipt.
She had no solution.
So basically i was robbed from four cookies.
As well ai think they purposely messed my order up again.
I had two burgers with no tomato and asked for cheese.
They charge for cheese in which neither of my sandwiches had cheese.
Fatima was probably responsible since shes the one that took my order then headed to the back.
That was sketch.
The fact that they are rude employees and always mess up my order is over the not.
Not to mention that i called this morning and the morning manager answered and said i was supposed to go back right away in the night.
But fatima said i could call in the morning.
Its like they take no accountability whatsoever.
They need better employees and customer service.
Because they solved neither of my issues with them.

I placed my order at 12:43pm and its 1:27pm the lady at the counter "general manager" is so rude said they never got my order.
I showed her my phone receipt and order number and how it was charged.
She said we have nothing, we cant help you and walked away.
Im NEVER coming here! im in tears i had to hold back my anger because there are kids around, I didnt want to disturb anyone I just walked away.
I would give it a 0 if I could.I was robbed of 30 plus dollars.
