Stopped in today and was impressed with this location all the way around.
We were greeted by the staff, who were very friendly, helpful and patient.
The food portions are huge and so tasty.
The plates are so well presented.
The dining room was very clean and kept in order.
There is a laid back vibe....
very casual and comfortable.
We will definitely be back.
Parking is plentiful and should not be a problem.

This place is clean, and the sandwich quality is good (not great).
The service is extraordinarily slow.
I pre-ordered my sandwich and macaroni and cheese.
The person in front of me literally took 15 to decide what they wanted.
The other employee never took the cue to maybe help.
The additional disappointment was the poor excuse for the Mac and cheese.
Soupy with a burnt aftertaste.
Very bad.
And I specifically ordered a pickle.
No pickle in my to-go container.
The sandwich was only decent as the bread was a little stale.

McAlister’s please tell me if you really think these Mac n cheese cups are acceptable to serve for take out or dine in? My children barely touched it.
Everything else was great but were disgusted to eat these and pay for them.
