Maxx Bar & Grill offers a delightful dining experience inside the Holiday Inn in Abilene. I stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and fast service! I indulged in the nightly special: sirloin with roasted red potatoes, which were absolutely delectable.

The highlight was definitely the peach cobbler served with ice cream - pure comfort food bliss! Rosie provided exceptional service, engaging in friendly conversation, while Chef Jesse's skills truly shined.
