Max’s Restaurant in San Diego is a delightful gem for anyone craving authentic Filipino cuisine! 🌟

We visited on a busy Sunday and loved the cozy atmosphere. The crispy pata and whole fried chicken were perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and juicy inside! The kare-kare with tender oxtail hit just the right spot.

While the service was a bit slow due to a short staff, our server was friendly and attentive. Just a heads-up, the drink refills came a tad later, but hey, it's worth it for the flavorful dishes! Can't wait to come back for more! 🍗✨
