Max's Italian Restaurant was a delightful surprise on our trip to the Outer Banks! The lasagna was creamy and flavorful, paired perfectly with their incredible marinara sauce. My wife couldn't finish her giant stromboli, which was easily the size of a football. Fast service and a cozy atmosphere made for a memorable meal. Don't miss their garlic cheese rolls! 🍕
