Incredible experience at Max a Trigoria! The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, perfect for a laid-back meal. We indulged in their thin-crust pizza, which had a perfect balance of toppings and a delightful wood-fired flavor. The mixed fried platter was delicious, with each bite better than the last.

Don't miss out on the panna cotta - thick and rich, it took me back to my nonna’s kitchen. Service was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. A must-visit in Rome! 🍽️
