If you're in Oceanside, Matsu is a must-try! 🌊 The cozy yet trendy atmosphere perfectly complements their exquisite Japanese cuisine. I had the miso-glazed salmon, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The small plates offer a great way to sample multiple dishes, and the organic ingredients truly shine.
