Maroon offers an unforgettable Caribbean dining experience! 🌴 I indulged in the jerk seabass, which was perfectly seasoned and paired beautifully with a vibrant yam & vegetable rundown. The cocktails were a delightful treat - smooth with a strong rum kick! The atmosphere is casual yet cozy, making it ideal for groups. Definitely coming back to try their famous Sunday roast - if the empanadas are any indication, it will be amazing!
