Mariposa Taqueria offers a delightful escape for taco lovers! I recently visited and was impressed with their vibrant atmosphere and faster-than-expected service. I savored the birria tacos - tender and packed with flavor - and paired them with their refreshing margaritas, which really hit the spot. The outdoor seating made for a cozy vibe, perfect for a laid-back meal.

Although my friend’s pollo tacos were a little on the dry side, the overall experience was enjoyable. I’m definitely coming back! 🌮
